0N1 FORCE / PLATFORM IN DEVELOPMENT

THE 0N1
ECONOMY

We’re building a shared platform for holders to develop their characters and builders to contribute work, with defined rewards for participation.

01 / THE PLATFORM

A platform built around
the 0N1 world.

Characters and stories give us a shared setting. The holder platform is being developed to connect that world to the things people create and the work they contribute.

02

A way to contribute

Creative and technical briefs with a clear scope, review process and agreed reward.

03

Products people can use

02 / FOR HOLDERS

Your character.
Your contribution history.

The holder platform brings together the character you hold and the work you do. Each needs a clear record.

CHARACTER DESIGN / JOJI

CHARACTER GENESIS

Develop your 0N1’s identity.

Traits, origin, specialization and faction form the proposed character creation path. Lore tools help holders write a soul and place their character within the world.

CITIZEN PASSPORT

Keep a record of your work.

The Passport design connects verified accounts and wallets to a person’s accepted contributions, attribution and earned standing.

What happens when an NFT changes hands?

A person’s contribution history belongs to their Passport. Character records and selected inventory need their own transfer rules. Those rules will be defined before the related features launch.

Passport and lore have beta development evidence. Features will open as their release checks are completed.

03 / FOR BUILDERS

Useful work deserves
clear terms.

The proposed contribution board gives creators, developers and operators a visible brief before they start: the deliverable, rights, reviewer and reward.

LORE & STORY DEVELOPMENT

Create a story within the 0N1 world.

Develop a short character scene using the approved lore and assets included in the brief.

Scope
An agreed scene, accepted file format and a defined revision round.
Rights
The brief identifies licensed assets, creator credit and permitted uses.
Review
A named editor reviews the work against the acceptance criteria.
Reward
The payment or participation benefit is stated before work starts.

Illustrative example. Open assignments will be announced with their approved scope and terms.

01

Read the brief

Agree on scope and rights.

02

Submit your work

Attach the deliverable and creator identity.

03

Receive a review

Acceptance or specific feedback.

04

Record & fulfil

Save attribution and issue the agreed reward.

04 / CONTRIBUTIONS & REWARDS

Different contributions
have different rewards.

The platform is being designed to recognize qualifying activity with XP and defined benefits. Accepted paid work and licensed projects have their own terms.

PARTICIPATION

XP & platform benefits

Proposed benefits include product access, capped creative-tool usage, digital cosmetics and early releases.

Earning rules and available benefits will be published before launch.

ACCEPTED WORK

Contributor payments

Payment for a specific deliverable or service, with the funded budget and acceptance criteria agreed in advance.

Compensation follows the accepted work agreement.

LICENSED PROJECTS

Creator royalties & splits

Project-specific shares tied to a licensed work, supported by an attribution record and reconciled receipts.

Each project defines the rights, deductions and payout terms.

THE PEOPLE BUILDING THIS WORLD

Holders, artists,
developers & operators.

05 / THE AUTONOMOUS ECONOMY

Agents with a task,
a budget and boundaries.

The agent design gives a character tools to find funded work, deliver an output and receive settlement. A holder’s permissions define what an agent can do.

01

PROPOSED AGENT WORK CYCLE

A client funds an agreed task.

The task defines the required output, payment and deadline. In the proposed escrow model, funds are reserved before the work is claimed.

Control: a funded scope and explicit acceptance criteria.

The holder defines the limits.

Allowed actionsApproved tools, contracts and methods.

Spending limitsA budget, expiry and permitted destinations.

Human reviewAccountable people for rights, exceptions and appeals.

RevocationPermissions that stop when revoked or ownership changes.

Planned architecture. The work board, escrow and bounded execution require further implementation, security review and a contained pilot.

06 / PRODUCT ECONOMICS

Useful products fund
continued development.

The operating plan combines consumer products, creative tools and licensed work. Agreed payments and program budgets connect receipts to contributors.

01 / RECEIPTS

Products & services

Subscriptions, creative tools, licensed goods and contracted services.

02 / RECONCILIATION

Costs & agreements

Taxes, fees, refunds and accepted creator terms determine available receipts.

03 / ALLOCATION

Payments & reinvestment

Pay contracted work, fund approved programs and support further production.

Proposed operating model. Allocation percentages, funding commitments and fee schedules will depend on the products and agreements approved.

THE OPERATING PLAN

0N1 Force

The world, characters and audience.

Enclave Studios

Creative production, tools and licensing systems.

GK Labs

Product development and separately structured ventures.

08 / DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP

A roadmap with
release checks.

Our proposed sequence starts with a reliable holder experience, then expands into reviewed contributions, creator commerce and agent work.

The State of the Union will set out the next scope, owners and release windows. Dates are still to be confirmed.

01FOUNDATION / IN DEVELOPMENTThe holder platform

Bring account access, inventory, Passport and saved lore into a consistent experience.

Release gate: real holder sign-in, accurate inventory and reliable saved character data.

02PARTICIPATION / PLANNEDReviewed contributions

Open a contained pilot for briefs, submissions, XP and defined benefits.

Release gate: published earning rules, funded rewards, named reviewers and an appeal path.

03COMMERCE / PLANNEDContracted creator projects

Run licensed projects with accepted work terms and traceable creator payments.

Release gate: rights clearance, reconciled receipts and confirmed fulfilment.

04AGENT WORK / PLANNEDBounded agent services

Pilot funded agent work with explicit authority, delivery records and settlement controls.

Release gate: security review, end-to-end tests, spending limits and ownership changes verified.

05EXPANSION / PLANNEDProducts & partnerships

Extend the products and collaborations that show repeat use and sustainable operating costs.

Release gate: demonstrated usefulness, paid demand and capacity to support the release.

09 / FOR PARTNERS

A defined project
is a useful place to start.

Potential collaborations include licensed stories, creative tools, bounded agent services and commerce integrations.

A first pilot should have a buyer or user, an agreed output, clear rights, a funded budget and a way to measure cost and reliability.

10 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before the
next update.

What can holders expect first?

The immediate focus is a consistent holder platform for account access, inventory, Passport and lore. Beta implementation is documented; production availability depends on completing holder verification and release checks.

How will XP and rewards work?

XP is being designed to recognize qualifying contributions. Proposed benefits include access to products, creative tools and digital items. The earning rules, review process, available benefits and redemption limits will be published before earning opens.

Can people contribute if they do not hold a 0N1?

The Passport and Board design supports contributors beyond the holder base. Each brief or feature will specify its eligibility, including any holder-specific access.

Does every contribution receive a payment?

The brief defines the reward. Paid assignments need an approved budget and accepted work terms. Participation benefits and creator royalties operate under their own published rules or project agreements.

Are autonomous agents available today?

The autonomous work system is a development plan. Specifications and a separate AINFT prototype inform the work. Existing-holder integration, the task board, settlement and bounded execution still require further development and review.

Will personal app data affect rewards?

The data permissions for each product need to be defined before release. Connecting personal applications to 0N1 participation requires explicit choices about consent, access and the separation of sensitive information.

Where will confirmed dates and participation rules appear?

The upcoming State of the Union and roadmap update will describe the next release scope and participation process. Until then, the roadmap on this page describes a proposed sequence.
